How early should I be thinking about a career in ministry?
I'm so curious to see how this will show up.
Most of us have been there...
That moment you feel all jittery and unsure if it's God speaking to you or putting that thing on your heart.
But you can't deny that there's something throbbing in your heart, compelling you to some sort of action.
Will you say YES, or will you slink back to what you've always been used to–the mundane and commonplace routine of spiritual plateau?
Or will you take the first step towards the uncertainty of following Jesus wherever He leads?
Whether you've been here or not, or if you have yet to experience this pivotal crossroads, here are a few suggestions on how early to consider when thinking about how early you should be thinking about a career in ministry, based on these questions:
- Don't I need to know a certain amount of things first before committing to serve in ministry?
- If I go into ministry, will I waste my college education?
- Will more life experience serve me in ministry more than simply going?
